Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians and according to strict protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN or CNA license in the State of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting (preferred).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient empathy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required.
