Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician and nurse practitioner.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition immediately.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including hygiene, toileting, and feeding.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current CNA license or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kansas.
- CPR/BLS Certification is required.
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays.
- Must be a US Citizen or hold a valid work visa.
