Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in acute care settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty units
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vital signs and document clinical observations accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Provide patient education on health management and discharge procedures
- Manage electronic health records with proficiency in EMR systems
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (Minnesota Board of Nursing)
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience in acute care settings
- BLS/CPR certification with ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EPIC/Cerner experience a plus)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
