Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality patient care and clinical assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor vital signs, patient symptoms, and changes in condition; document all findings accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the wider healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to emergent situations and code blue activations.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania (or compact state eligibility).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certifications are required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to travel to various facilities within Philadelphia, PA and Georgia.
