Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and document all clinical findings accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the wider healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and acute patient needs.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new medical technologies and procedures.
