Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, monitoring vital signs and responding to emergencies with precision.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Document patient medical records accurately and timely using electronic health records (EHR).
- Assist with patient admission, discharge, and transfer processes to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona (or compact state eligibility).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
