Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Assist physicians and healthcare providers during examinations and procedures.
- Administer medications, treatments, and IVs according to established protocols.
- Document patient information accurately and securely in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and critical patient needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Tennessee.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred for new graduates).
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced team environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient safety and comfort.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
