Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition immediately to the nursing supervisor or charge nurse.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans that promote patient recovery.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ASN or BSN) with a focus on recent graduates.
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
