Responsibilities

  • Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient health needs and develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Must be a New Graduate (within 12 months of graduation) or a recent graduate willing to sit for the NCLEX exam.
  • Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee required.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association) required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred but can be obtained during orientation.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and diverse staff.
