Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality remote patient care and health assessments via secure telehealth platforms.
- Monitor patient vitals and report critical changes to the attending physician immediately.
- Administer medications and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient recovery strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) with a focus on detail and compliance.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness strategies, and medication management.
- Respond to medical inquiries and triage calls with empathy and clinical expertise.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of California.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School (ASN, BSN, or MSN).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote interaction.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Valid driver's license and reliable high-speed internet connection (required for remote roles).
