Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Monitor vital signs, pain levels, and overall patient condition to ensure safety and comfort.
- Medication Administration: Accurately administer prescribed medications and treatments under the supervision of senior nursing staff.
- Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) for all assigned patients.
- Hygiene & Care: Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to patient emergencies and assist in Code Blue situations as trained.
Qualifications
- Education: Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience: No prior experience required – We welcome new graduates! (Graduate Nurse or CNA experience is a plus).
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
