Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse demographic population.
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress to ensure timely and accurate clinical interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with established protocols and physician orders.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and discharge planning.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, infection control standards, and hospital policies.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
