Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs and medical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on post-care instructions and disease management.
- Respond to emergencies and adapt quickly to changing patient needs.
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Texas (or willingness to obtain).
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred for leadership roles).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
