Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs and develop/modify individualized care plans.
- Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care and communicate changes in condition effectively.
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and care.
Qualifications
- Active RN License in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
