Responsibilities
- Deliver High-Quality Patient Care: Assess patient needs, administer medications, and monitor vital signs according to established protocols.

- Collaborative Teamwork: Partner with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient outcomes.

- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, disease management, and health promotion strategies.
- Crisis Management: Respond effectively to medical emergencies and patient crises within your scope of practice.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in Minnesota (and willingness to obtain Ohio license if applicable).
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Experience: No prior experience required for New Grads; we offer mentorship programs for those starting their journey.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a compassionate bedside manner.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
