Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document patient information accurately.
- Assist patients with daily living activities to ensure comfort and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and hospital policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; CNA or medical background is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must possess a valid RN license or be in the process of obtaining licensure in Minnesota.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- CPR certification (BLS) preferred or willingness to obtain.
