Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments following strict medical protocols and safety guidelines.
- Monitor patients' conditions continuously and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient management.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-care instructions.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the state of Washington.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred, though new graduates with exceptional skills are considered.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
