Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in acute and specialty units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document clinical records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for optimal outcomes
- Educate patients/families on treatment plans and preventive care
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Florida RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- 1+ years acute care or specialty nursing experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Electronic health record proficiency (EPIC preferred)
