Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

- Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license issued by the State of Illinois.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS required.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- NICU or Med-Surg experience highly desirable.
