Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with medical protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and treatment outcomes accurately in EHR systems.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning to support recovery at home.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nevada.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
