Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and state laws.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
- Monitor patient progress and intervene promptly in emergency situations.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting (preferred).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and clinical judgment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
