Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in acute care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care planning
- Provide patient education on health management
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and hospital policies
- Participate in emergency response and code blue situations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kansas
- BSN or associate degree in nursing
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience (acute care preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Electronic medical record proficiency
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
