Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and triage via secure telehealth platforms and video consultations.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and update electronic health records (EHR) in real-time with high accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute personalized care plans.
- Provide detailed patient education and emotional support to individuals and their families regarding treatment plans.
- Respond to medical emergencies and urgent care requests with urgency and clinical proficiency.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in all virtual and remote interactions.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) preferred; Associate degree in Nursing accepted with significant experience.
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Strong proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and telehealth technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
