Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient information accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) system
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Ohio
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
