Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress, document medical records accurately, and administer medications safely
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care strategies

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee (or compact license)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred for leadership roles)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in relevant specialty
- BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS/NRP for specific units)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
