Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care across diverse clinical settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient assessments accurately
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Adhere to strict safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license (or compact license with Arizona endorsement)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred for critical care areas
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
