Responsibilities
- Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients using evidence-based practices
- Monitor and interpret patient data, adjusting care plans as needed
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care coordination
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EHR system
- Educate patients and families on health management strategies
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
