Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient health status and needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care, interventions, and responses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia (or compact state).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
