Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care and comprehensive assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond immediately to any changes in clinical status.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and medical records.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, care plans, and health maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license issued by the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- CPR (BLS) and ACLS certification required.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
