Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments while strictly adhering to safety regulations and physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress and respond immediately to any changes in clinical condition.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and social workers.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, post-discharge care, and wellness strategies.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
