Your Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be the cornerstone of our patient care philosophy. You will provide direct care, monitor patient conditions, and advocate for the needs of those under your charge in our state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians according to established protocols and standards.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to interventions, alerting physicians of any changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, pharmacists, and therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document patient care services in medical records in accordance with legal and professional standards.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and home care instructions.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality of care standards.
