Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care via telehealth platforms and in-clinic settings
- Coordinate treatment plans with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor patient vitals and medication adherence remotely
- Document electronic health records with precision and timeliness
- Provide patient education on chronic disease management
- Respond to urgent medical alerts within 15-minute SLA
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and state nursing regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Kansas (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Experience with telehealth platforms preferred
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- Flexibility for occasional on-site shifts in Wichita
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
