Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in acute/critical care settings
- Administer medications and treatment protocols per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and progress using EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for optimal outcomes
- Provide patient/family education on health management
- Adhere to JCAHO and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license (Compact License preferred)
- BSN or associate degree in nursing
- 2+ years clinical experience in acute care
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
