Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status through history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by licensed physicians.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs and medical standards.
- Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment, documenting changes immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and home care instructions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment in compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the State of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates with strong externships considered).
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
