Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to strict physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and response to therapy, escalating concerns to physicians immediately.
- Provide patient and family education regarding medical conditions, treatments, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
Qualifications
- Valid and current RN license in the State of Arizona.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
