Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on clinical needs.Administer medications and treatments accurately and in compliance with established protocols.Monitor patient progress continuously and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to adjust care strategies.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-discharge care.
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Minnesota required.Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.Minimum of 1-2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience preferred.Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
