Responsibilities

  • Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing comprehensive nursing care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and according to hospital protocols.
  • Monitor patient progress and response to treatment, promptly reporting any changes or complications to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
