Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans under the direction of physicians and nursing managers.
- Monitor patients' health conditions by performing physical exams and taking medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient medical history and symptoms, including observations, interventions, and responses to treatment.
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license issued by the Florida Board of Nursing.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
