Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care under the supervision of experienced charge nurses.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition immediately.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and wound care.
- Document patient care plans, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient safety.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida (or eligible).
- Graduated within the last 12 months from an accredited Nursing Program (Associate or Bachelor's degree).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications (ACLS required for ICU/ER tracks).
- Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
