Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in ER/ICU/Stepdown units
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Document patient records using Epic EMR
- Maintain infection control protocols
- Respond to rapid response codes
- mentor new nursing staff
Qualifications
- Active FL RN license (required)
- BSN or Associate's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications (current)
- Experience with EMR systems
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently
