Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Respond promptly to code blue alerts and emergency situations.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their care plans.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN license in the state of Florida (FL).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
