As a Night Shift RN, you will be the guardian of patient safety during the critical overnight hours. We are looking for professionals who demonstrate resilience, expertise, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in accordance with evidence-based protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments with precision, adhering to all hospital safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status continuously, escalating care immediately when changes occur.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Document patient care activities, outcomes, and changes in condition accurately and in real-time.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families during the night shift.
- Ensure the clinical environment remains safe, clean, and conducive to healing.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington (WA).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or critical care setting.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
