Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in fast-paced clinical environments
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders
- Monitor and document patient vitals and medical histories
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and critical incidents
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Precept and mentor new nursing staff as assigned
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact license)
- BSN preferred; Associates degree accepted
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
