Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs during the night shift.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and medical history accurately in electronic health records.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and assist with critical care interventions.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN license in the state of Arizona.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety.
