Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, monitoring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient medical history and symptoms accurately in electronic health records.
- Respond to medical emergencies and assist with triage procedures in a fast-paced environment.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the State of Florida (or eligible to obtain).
- Completion of nursing program with excellent academic standing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and protocols.
