As a Registered Nurse, you will be the cornerstone of patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing and recovery in our community.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to strict medical protocols and physician orders.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient care activities, responses to treatment, and changes in condition accurately and timely.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care instructions.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate's, Bachelor's, or Diploma).
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the state of Arizona.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
