Responsibilities

- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) for all assigned patients.

- Emergency Response: Remain calm and act swiftly in emergency situations to stabilize patient conditions.
- Patient Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for patient needs and comfort throughout the hospital stay.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required (training provided for new hires).
- Experience: No prior experience required; we welcome new graduates and career changers.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate bedside manner.
