Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and recording patient information.
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and document patient progress.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary health team members to coordinate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care interventions.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida (or willing to obtain).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
