Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide emotional support and health education to patients and families.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (ASN or BSN).
- Active, unencumbered RN License in the State of Georgia.
- CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform job duties effectively.
