Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures with precision
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and self-care management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
- Maintain strict compliance with infection control and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska RN license or compact state eligibility
- BSN degree required (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EPIC preferred)
